Year Round Positions
Riding Instructor and Equestrian Facilities Coordinator:
We are looking for a CHA certified riding instructor who loves working with horses and kids and is also capable of maintaining the barn, fences, pastures, and equipment at the equestrian center. This individual will be responsible for the equestrian facility and equipment maintenance, and teaching riding lessons. Qualifications include the knowledge to maintain an effective equestrian facility, experience with the care, handling and riding of horses, CHA riding instructor certification and heart for sharing Christ with those who do not know Him!
Human Resources/Bookkeeping Assistant:
Responsible for the organizational personnel system, staff records, employee benefits, application/hiring procedures, policies and corporate insurance policies and coverage. This position is also assists in accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting and planning. Requirements include strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ, and serving in ministry, strong organizational, communication, leadership and planning skills. Computer skills including Quickbooks, Windows, Word, Excel, Email. Well-rounded Christian Camping, administration & HR experience and B.A. degree preferred. Includes occasional evenings and weekend days.
Food Service and Guest Services: Part time positions open for Kitchen, Dining Room and Guest Services. Flexible hours, weekdays and some weekends required. This is an opportunity to be a part of a dedicated Christian staff working in camp facilities, serving and setting up for guest groups. Hourly pay with some benefits including family discounts for camps and programs.
Swim Instructors & Lifeguards: Aquatics program includes morning water aerobics and Friday and Saturday afternoon recreational swimming. Water Aerobic Class Lifeguard must be lifeguard certified.
*Internships may qualify for educational credits depending on the school. Includes room and board and small weekly stipend. Some internships may be combined into two positions.
