Camp Berachah's Equestrian Lesson Makeup Policy

 

*If Camp Berachah has to cancel a class for any reason, we will schedule a makeup class

*If you miss a class due to illness or a family emergency, we will try to fit you into another class-appropriate class. However, if all classes are full, this may not be possible. There is NO guarantee that we will be able to provide a makeup class. Please try not to miss classes.

 

*There is NO refund for missed classes.

*Makeup classes do not carry over to the next session.

 

• If you will need to miss a class, please let us know as early as possible, no later that 4:30 PM.
• If you miss a class without letting us know in advance there will not be any possibility of making it up.
• Arranging a makeup class is the responsibility of the student.  Check with your instructor to see what will work.

 

 

Winter ~ Spring Lesson Cancellation

 If the weather forecast indicates ice/snow during lesson hours, we will cancel lessons due to unsafe driving conditions for student families and staff.

 

The cancellation information will be posted on our web site banner (home page) www.campberachah.org prior to the start of lessons or call the camp (253)939-0488.

 

Lessons cancelled by Camp Berachah will be scheduled for make-up.
