Each year, the staff and board identify the “annual plan” for fundraising, and make it available along with an Annual Report to all our donors and friends. Donors receive updates through letters, Compass Newsletter (twice a year), and attendance at two banquet events. In addition, a new Eletter comes via email and monthly update letters to those who give each month.

 

 

Fall Banquet and Silent Auction

On November 18, 2010 from 6-8:30 pm a complimentary dinner, silent auction with many wonderful auction items, a ministry update and guest speaker are part of a special evening for our donors and friends to come and fellowship and celebrate what God is doing in changing lives at camp. Funds raised are for the Annual Giving Program for development and projects. Free child care with pizza is provided for for children ages 5-12.

Spring Celebration Banquet

On May 11, 2010, this spring event is presented as a Luau, with a special Hawaiian meal, wonderful door prizes, and testimonies that show the values of Christian Camping. All funds raised at this event go towards scholarships for campers (Send-a-kid-to-camp program)
