1. Can't commit for all 10 weeks?  Going on a family vacation?  No problem!  Tell us your plans and we will work with you.
2. Already have a job for this summer but would like to volunteer a couple of weeks?  Apply to be a summer volunteer.

You can look forward to receiving the following benefits:

1. Staff Housing - Red Barn Dorm is a 2-story dormitory for our summer staff with 2-3 persons sharing a room.  Red Barn includes a Rec Room complete with a pool table, TV/VCR and telephone for local calls.  Laundry facilities and a workout room are also available as well as a spectacular view of Mount Rainier.  The dorm is located approximately 2 miles away from main camp.  Catch the shuttle to devotions and breakfast each morning.
2. Help getting here and settled - For those flying in from overseas and out-of-state, we will pick you up at the airport and help you move into Red Barn.
3. Financial Incentives - For those persons who work at least 9 out of 10 weeks and complete their contract in good standing will become eligible for a $100 bonus or for those registered for the fall semester in college, a $200 college scholarship.

5. Spiritual Nourishment - Jumpstart your day by attending morning devotions.  Sunday evenings include a summer staff meeting followed by an all staff worship service.  These provide great opportunities to help you grow in your spiritual journey.
6. Free Meals - Breakfast is at 8am, Lunch is at noon and dinner at 5:30.  The Country Store is open to satisfy your snack cravings (charges apply).  Camp is approximately 10 minutes away from your favorite restaurants and fast food places.
7. Time Off - Most positions offer 1 1/2 - 2 days off a week.  Staff with friends or family in the local area can choose to leave the camp grounds.  All staff are more than welcome to participate in free staff weekend meals and stay at Red Barn and enjoy sunbathing on the lawn while enjoying the mountain view.  We encourage all our staff to rejuvenate and have fun on your time off or catch up on some sleep so you are strong and ready to minister to campers each week.
8. Wednesday Night Staff Activities - Enjoy swimming, soccer, softball, volleyball, movies, board games and more.  Participate in  some friendly competition with the year-round Berachah Staff.
9. Staff Outings - Occasional staff trips are planned to help you relax, enjoy the sights and bond as a staff.  Past trips have included Trips to San Juan Islands, Hiking at Mount Rainier, Seattle Mariners game, Pike Place Market, and Snoqualmie Falls.
